Chicken,Sausage,Mixed Vegetables(Gumbo)

I got this recipe from one of the supermarkets here, Publix.I like to shop there is because it is only 2 minutes drive from my home.They were having testing for this dish and i can say this is the first/only dish i fell in love with and will actually buy the ingredients to make it. I modified a little of the recipe by omits some of the ingredients that i don't like but it still taste so good,eventually i will cook this every 2 weeks once. Not only me,my four thousand gold also love this dish very much, especially my eldest daughter.



Ingredients:
1 Medium Onion
2 Tablespoon Oil (i use olive oil)
3 Fresh Italian Sausages 
10 Ounces of Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 Can of Chicken Broth
2 Cans Milder Diced Tomatoes/Green Chiles (undrained)
1 10 Ounces Cooked Chicken Breast (i sometimes use the rotisserie chicken breast,no skin)
1 Bag of Frozen Vegetable Gumbo Blend (okra,corn,onions,celery,bell peppers)
1/2 teaspoon salt

Method:
Chop onion into small square pieces
Cut sausage into bite-size pieces
Heat large saucepan on medium-high 2 - 3 minutes. Add oil; then add sausage;cook and stir 2 minutes or until brown. Add onions,Gumbo blend. Add broth, a little at a time,while stirring;bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer; stir in chicken,shrimp and tomatoe chiles. Simmer for 5-10 minutes or until thicken. Serve on white rice.
