Turmeric(Kunyit) Fried Chicken

Yummy!!! I think no one can refrain from fried chicken, especially moi. I'm a turmeric lover.
Turmeric is a plant of the ginger family, it is native to tropical Southeast Asia and one of the most powerful nature's healers. Years of studies have shown high effective results in treating cancer, obesity, melanoma and alzheimer's disease. It is peppery, warm and bitter in flavor with some mild fragrance. The fresh juice of raw turmeric will turn your hand yellow and will take a while to go off. Avoid touching your clothes while working with turmeric. I still remember when my mom prepare a lot of turmeric dishes for me during my confinement period and turmeric fried rice is one of it. I will provide this recipe in another post.
