Funny Taste Crab

Funny Taste Crab
   Ingredients    :

   2          dungeness crabs (around 5 lb), cleaned and cracked, rinse and drain in colander
   2          stalks of green onion, minced 
   1          knob of ginger, cut in thin slices
   3          cloves garlic, peel and minced
   2          red chilis, cut strips 
   2          eggs, crack in a bowl
   2          teaspoon oyster sauce
   1/2       teaspoon salt
   2          tablespoon bean sauce
   2          tablespoon corn flour 
   Oil to fry crabs
   

    Method    :

    Sprinkle salt and corn flour over the crabs. Fry crabs in hot oil until cooked or the crab change in color
    Drain oil in a colander. 

    Heat up 2 - 3 tablespoon oil in the wok, add in the minced garlic and ginger slices and bean sauce to  
    fry for a while. Add in the crabs, oyster sauce, salt and pour in the eggs.

    Fry and combine until everything in the wok coated with oil and crumbs.

    Dish up and sprinkle with green onion.
