Chives Fried Egg

I have grown some chives in my backyard,this is a hassle free plant as it requires not much of attention at all. I like to fry it with eggs, especially when i am eating porridge. Today, hubby requested for Teochew porridge "chew chau chuk". Basically, it doesn't need much work to make this dish and it's so easy to prepare with only eggs and chives. Simple homemade dish!

Ingredients :
3 eggs
5 oz chives (can put more if desire)
1 tsp water
1 tsp oil
1/2  tsp salt
1/4 sugar
2 drops light soy sauce
2 dash of pepper powder
2 drops oil (put in the eggs)

Method :
Beat the eggs in a bowl and add all the ingredients except the 1/2 tsp oil(it is for frying later).
Heat the wok to medium heat,  add oil and pour in the egg mixture. Fry the egg to cook on both sides.
