Herbal (Tong Kwai) Steamed Chicken Wings

This morning i really ran out of ideas to cook lunch for hubby to take to work then suddenly one popped up on my mind. It is "Tong Kwai" Steamed Chicken Wings, this dish is frequently cooked by my mom
when i was young. I like this dish because of the fragrance of"Tong Kwai"and it will enhance one's appetite at anytime. Although i'm not a big fan of "Tong Kwai", I still love this healthy dish. Not only that "Tong Kwai"is healthy for us - for both men and women, it is known to improve one's blood circulation and strengthen our reproductive organs, especially females.
