Stir Fry White Radish(Jicama) with Pork

Stir fry white radish(jicama) with pork

   Ingredients   :

   1            medium white radish(jicama) - peel and cut into slices
   1            small dried squid ( use scissor to cut into small slice)
   80-100  gm pork belly ( cut into thin slice)
   2           teaspoon vegetable cooking oil
   2-3        slice ginger
   2-3        clove garlic(mashed)
   11/2      oyster sauce
   3           dash pepper powder
   1/2        salt
   1/2        corn starch
   11/2      tablespoon water
   1/2        can chicken broth
    pinch of sugar
   some green onion and cilantro

   Methods   :

   Marinate the pork slice with salt,sugar and pepper powder. Mix corn starch with water and set aside.
   Heat wok or skillet medium to high, pour in cooking oil, put in the ginger and garlic to fry.
   Add pork and fry for a while, add dried squid, fry and pour in the white radish and stir fry 
   for 1 -2 minutes. Add oyster sauce, chicken broth, close lid to simmer for 3-5 minutes. Open lid
   stir in the corn starch water, dump in the green onion and cilantro, stir and mix well and remove
   from wok.
