1 green papaya under-ripe (peel, remove seed and cut into half inch)
1 red chili (left whole)
2-3 chili padi (left whole)
2 tablespoon salt
5 tablespoon sugar
1 distilled vinegar
Rub thin slice papaya with sugar and salt, leave it for 30 - 45 minutes.
Mix water with red chili, chili padi, water and vinegar. Set aside.
Drain and pat dry the papaya with paper towel and place the papaya and
mix vinegar water into a glass jug. Keep it in the fridge overnight.
