|Salted Fish Stir Fry Bean Sprout|
1 packet bean sprout
2 ounces salted fish, cut cubes
1 stalk green onion, trim and chopped
2 cloves garlic, cut slice
4 ginger slice
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Heat up the wok on low heat, add in the oil, fry salted fish, ginger and garlic till golden brown.
Dump in the bean sprout and fry everything in the wok. Add oyster sauce, sugar, salt and green
onion. Mix well everything and dish up. Do not overcook the bean sprout.
