Waxed Pork (Lap Yoke)

Waxed Pork known as "Lap Yoke" in Cantonese is a very famous dish during Chinese New Year. I personally love Chinese preserved meat aka Lap Mei very much, i usually prepare to make Waxed Pork (Lap Yoke) one month ahead before Chinese New Year approaches. During Chinese New Year, every family eats this on this special day. This recipe is given from my mom and this is really a gift to me <3
