Dry-fried hor fun and mee

    Ingredients    :

   8        ounces hor fun ( flat rice noodle)
   8        ounces yellow noodle
   5        ounces shrimps
   1/3     pound yu choy, cut 4-inches length 
   1        egg
   2        garlic, minces
   2        tablespoon vegetable oil
   1        teaspoon salt
   1/2     teaspoon sugar
   1        teaspoon soy sauce
   1        teaspoon oyster sauce
   3        dash pepper powder
   1/2     teaspoon fish sauce
   1        teaspoon dark sauce

     Methods  :

     Heat the wok, add in the oil and fry the garlic for 8 seconds, add in shrimps and fry till cooked.

    Add in the yu choy and fry, add in the flat rice noodle ( hor fun) and yellow noodle and continue to
    fry, Add in salt, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, dark sauce and dash in the pepper powder. 
    Fry and mix well everything.

    Push the noodle to the side of the wok or may a space in the middle of the wok, crack in the egg.
    Use the noodle to cover the egg and fry together with the noodle till dry.

    Dish out and serve with chili sauce.
