|Steamed Chicken With Ginger And Wine|
1/2 chicken, cleaned and chopped
1 knot ginger around 1 inch, thinly slice
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
2 dash pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon corn starch, add 1 tablespoon water
3 teaspoon cooking wine ( i use shioxing)
Boil water in a steamed, marinate chicken with oyster sauce, pepper powder, salt and corn starch
mixture for 15 minutes.
Before putting the chicken to steam, sprinkle ginger slice on top of the chicken and pour in cooking
wine and steam for 20 - 25 minutes.
