Steamed Chicken With Mushroom Fungus And Gingko Nuts
   Ingredients   :

   6      chicken wings, clean and chop 3 pieces each wing
   6      chinese dried mushroom, soak and cut slices
   2      stamps chinese black fungus, soak and cut into pieces
   16    gingko nuts
   1     knob ginger approximately 3-inches, thinly slice
   1     sprig cilantro or green onion
   1/4  cup breech mushroom, wash
   2     teaspoon shaoxing wine
   1/2  teaspoon pepper powder
   2     teaspoon oyster sauce
   1     teaspoon salt
   1     teaspoon corn starch
   1     teaspoon vegetable oil

   Method    :

   Marinate chicken wings with all the above ingredients for 20 minutes or more.

   Steam in rolling boil water for 30 - 35 minutes.

   Serve !!!
