Stir - Fry Potato Slice With Ground Pork

    Ingredients    :

    4           large potatoes, peeled and cut strips
    6           ounces ground pork
    2           cloves garlic, peeled and minced
   1/2         teaspoon bean sauce
    2           teaspoon oyster sauce
    1/2        teaspoon salt
    1/2        teaspoon sugar
    3/4        cup water
    1/2        teaspoon corn starch
    1/2        teaspoon dark sauce
    3           dash pepper powder
    3           teaspoon vegetable oil

     Method    :

     Soak the potatoes strips into salt water for 15 minutes and drain. Into a small bowl, add in ground
     pork, bean sauce, pepper powder, corn starch, salt and sugar. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

     Heat the wok high, add in the oil, add in the ground pork and stir- fry it for a while. Add in the garlic
     and continue to stir-fry the ground pork for 1 - 2 minutes.

     Add in the potato strips, stir-fry for a while and splash in the water, add in dark sauce and oyster
     sauce. Close lid and let it simmer for 1 - 3  minutes.
     Dish up when it is ready. Sprinkle some green onion or parsley on top before serving.
