Stir-Fry Green Beans And Shrimp

Stir-Fry Green Beans With Shrimp

     Ingredients    :

    1        pound green beans, trim and cut 3-inches length
    8        large shrimp, clean and deveined, add 1/2 teaspoon sugar to make it crunchier 
    2        teaspoon oyster sauce
    1/2     teaspoon salt
    2        dash pepper powder
    2        splash of fish sauce
    1/4     cup water
    2        cloves garlic, slightly smashed
    2        ginger slice
    2        tablespoon vegetable oil
    1/2     corn starch, mix with 2 teaspoon water

    Method    :

     Heat the wok to high heat, add oil, ginger slice and garlic. Fry till fragrant or till brown, add in
     shrimp and fry till shrimp change in color. Add in green beans, splash in the fish sauce, add oyster
     sauce, salt and dash in the pepper powder. Mix and pour in the water, cover the wok lid and simmer
     for 20 seconds.

     Open lid, fry and combine everything in the wok until oil and gravy coated. Stir in the corn starch
     mixture and mix well, off the stove and dish up to serve.
