Stir-Fry Mussel With Garlic And Parsley
Stir-Fry Mussel With Garlic And Parsley
   Ingredients    :

   16        ounces mussel, wash and drain
   3          cloves garlic, peel and cut thin slice
   3          ginger slice
   2          teaspoon oyster sauce, mix with 2 tablespoon water
   5          sprigs parsley, wash and cut 3-inches
   1          teaspoon shaoxing cooking wine
   2          dash pepper powder
   1/2       salt
   

    Method     :

    Heat the wok with oil on high heat, add ginger slice and garlic slice to fry till aroma or fragrant.
    
    Add mussel, oyster sauce and salt to stir-fry, splash in the shaoxing cooking wine.

    Continue to fry till the oil  and gravy coated everything in the wok. Add in the parsley and combine
    and stir-fry for a while. Dish up and serve.
