3 chicken thigh, remove skin and cut into bite size
3 cloves garlic, peel and minced
5 ginger slice, minced
3 teaspoon cooking wine
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt
11/2 teaspoon soy sauce
11/2 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoon five spice powder
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Oil for deep frying
* 1/2 cup potato starch, set aside
( Mix 1 teaspoon black pepper powder and 1 teaspoon salt, set aside)
Marinate the chicken with all the above ingredients for half and hour or more.
Prepare oil for deep frying, deep chicken in potato starch before putting in the hot oil. Fry in a small
batch till golden brown. Drip on a colander or paper towel.
Sprinkle pepper powder and salt over the chicken and serve.
