Pan- Fried Crispy Salmon Fillet

Salmon is the fish that i always eat when i was on diet. Hehe!! so that i don't need to eat carbs for the entire meal, and it works. Usually i only eat one slice of salmon plus vegetables and i'm feeling so good and satisfied with the meal and it is not too heavy even for breakfast.
The salmon fish is moist and flavor with lemon and pepper. Oh !!! the crust was so crispy but have to be enjoy immediately after ready. The leftover will be still good, no matter what. Try it yourself, i hope you will like it too.
