Fried Wantons

I believe wanton is everyone's favorite, no matter it is in soup ore deep-fried. This is a light meal and very easy to prepare. I like to make this whenever I throw a party at home or going to the parks. Try it, you will love it.
Fried Wantons

   Ingredients    :

   300    g   ground pork
   50      g   jicama, cut small cubes
   1             sprig cilantro, trimmed and mince
   1             clove garlic, mince
   1             teaspoon sugar
   1             teaspoon salt
   1/2          teaspoon corns starch
   1/2          teaspoon pepper powder
   1/2          teaspoon soy sauce
   1/2          teaspoon vegetable oil
   drops of sesame oil
   wanton skin
   oil for frying

    Method   :

    Mix and combine all the ingredients and let it marinate for about 30 minutes.

    To wrap the wanton is to scoop a teaspoon of the filing in the centre of the wanton skin and gently 
    close it tightly. Continue to wrap all the filing until everything is wrapped.

    Fry the wanton in hot oil on medium heat until golden brown or cooked. Remove from wok and drain

    Serve with your favorite chili sauce.
