Green Pickle Chillies

Green Pickle Chilli will spice up your food in a great way, a wanton mee lover like me will definetely need this very much,it is good also when eat "wat tan hor" and  "wui fan" means stir -fry any  vegetables with seafood/meat to put onto of the rice. The sour,sweet and spice will well balanced any food you're eating. Emmmm Yum!!! let's make it together.............
Green Pickle Chillies

   Ingredients  :
   150 gm                          Fresh Green Chilli ( seeded and sliced into pieces)
   3/4  cup                         Distilled White Vinegar        
   2/3  cup                         Sugar                                    
   1     cup                         Water

   Method     :

   Bring the water to boil in a small pot, add sugar,vinegar,stir well and leave it to cold.
   Put the cut fresh green chillis in a glass container/jar, pour the sugar and vinegar mixture inside and
   close the container/jar tight, store in the refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight.
