Stir-Fry Sambal Shrimp Petai

Petai nickname is "stinky bean" is because it smells strong and linger in your body and mouth. It is like Durian, either you like it or dislike. I love to eat petai very much especially when stir-fry with sambal mixture or just by itself. There no way i can find fresh petai, i only can use the frozen one, consider not too bad for me. Not only that, petai contain a lot of fiber, hehe!! will help you a lot when you go !!!!
