Stir-Fry Tong Ho

Tong Ho is an edible garland chrysanthemum, i generally use it stir-fry with garlic and vegetable on its own or boil in "ikan bilis" ( anchovy) soup. Some people might find that the taste of Tong Ho vegetable is a bit weird but i personally find that it is very unique and delicious. I can eat this everyday especially when eating steamboat.
