Water Spinach, in cantonese we called it as "ong Choy" or "kangkung in Malay words is a very tasty and crunchy vegetables. It doesn't matter how your prepare it with just plain stir-fry it or with spicy shrimp paste. In the restaurant by the name of "Malay Glory" ( ma loi foong kwong). It is extremely tasty and i love this vegetable very much especially with a bowl of white rice. Emmmm Yummy!!!
